About licenses

The Licenses page lists modules that are available to assign to users. For more about licenses, refer to the topic Managing license files.

To assign a license to a user, take these steps:

  1. Click Employees > Select Timesheets on the main menu. The Select Timesheets page opens.

  2. Click the check box on the row that identifies the employee and then select Employee Profile from the Actions list. The Employee Profile page opens.

  3. Click the Licenses tab. The Licenses page opens.

  4. Click the check box next to each license that you want to assign to the user.

  5. Click Save. A success message displays.
